Imo, this game has something there is close to an unwritten rule - if there is an army camp, rush (even on main base - see rushing to th7). Imo, a lot of the analysis applies to rushing to any builder hall (it's better), but when theres a new camp, rushing is just too good and, by itself, it's enough of a reason to rushing.
